Who we are

PoolDose (pooldose.djump.io) is operated by DJUMP, MB, Šilutės pl. 35G-36, LT-94105 Klaipėda, Lithuania (registration code 307521980). Contact: start@djump.io.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the time you signed up, and — if present in the page URL — campaign parameters (utm_*) and the referring page. Nothing else. This website itself uses no advertising trackers and no cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and uses no cross-site identifiers; it processes technical data about your visit (including your IP address, from which a short-lived visitor hash is derived) to count views, and we see only aggregate numbers. The mobile app uses privacy-focused product analytics (PostHog) and crash reporting (Sentry) to help us fix bugs and improve the app — these process usage events and crash diagnostics, never the content you log.

Why we collect it

Solely to email you about the launch and early access of PoolDose. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form.

Where it is stored, and who processes it

In a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the European Union. Two processors act on our behalf: Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), our email provider, which processes your address to deliver our messages, and Vercel Inc. (USA), which hosts this website and operates its analytics, and in doing so processes technical request data such as your IP address. Where data is transferred to the United States, the transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy mechanism such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, as applicable to each provider. Beyond that, your email is not shared with or sold to any third party.

How long we keep it

Until PoolDose launches and the waitlist is retired, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing start@djump.io. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
