1. Who we are

PoolDose (pooldose.djump.io) is operated by DJUMP, MB, Šilutės pl. 35G-36, LT-94105 Klaipėda, Lithuania. Contact: start@djump.io.

2. What this covers

These terms govern your use of this website and of the PoolDose mobile application (com.pooldose.app), which is published on Google Play. By installing the app or using the site you accept them.

3. Use of the service

You may use PoolDose for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.

4. Accounts, free and premium features

Saving your pools and readings to our servers requires an account; you can create one with an email address, with Google, or with Apple. Some features are paid: the free tier includes one pool, a limited reading history and three test-strip photo scans in total, while Premium raises those limits and allows up to 20 scans per day. Scope and price are shown before any purchase. Purchases are made through Google Play and are governed by Google's terms, billing and refund policies; subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your Google Play account.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding and software of PoolDose are owned by DJUMP, MB or its licensors. You retain all rights to the data you enter into the app.

6. Disclaimers

PoolDose is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PoolDose is an informational tool: it estimates chemical doses from the values you enter or scan, and photo readings of a test strip are estimates, not laboratory measurements. Check the result before dosing, follow the instructions and safety warnings of every chemical you use, and never mix chemicals. PoolDose does not provide professional (medical, legal, financial or tax) advice.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Ending your use

You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time — in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or as described at pooldose.djump.io/delete-account. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
