Delete it yourself, in the app

Takes under a minute and needs no email to us:

1. Open PoolDose and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately, along with every pool, reading, dosing history entry and seasonal-program record attached to it. Nothing is left behind for us to restore, so this cannot be undone.

Email start@djump.io from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion. We complete the request within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email address, name if you gave one)
• Your pools and their settings
• Every water reading and the dosing results saved with it
• Seasonal open/close program progress
• Your photo-scan usage counter

Test-strip photos are never part of this list because they are never stored: a photo is processed in memory to read the pads and is discarded with the response.

What is kept, and for how long

Purchase records held by Apple or Google (and by our billing provider, RevenueCat) survive account deletion — we cannot delete them, and tax law requires that transaction records be retained. They no longer identify a PoolDose account once the account is gone. Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you are also kept.
